Traditionally, the old boys club is "an informal system in which wealthy men with similar social or educational background help each other in business or personal matters."
At OBC, we want to turn that on its head, by bringing together people, not because of their gender, status or privilege, but because they share unshakeable ambition, radical generosity, and defiant wonder. We believe this is a powerful group that can not only help each other collectively in personal and professional endeavours, but really make a dent in the universe together.
In 2024, the effects of the old boys club is still alive and well. It’s time for a new era.
